Delivery Timing
Delivery is generally completed within 3 business days after receipt of the required information (see Terms of Service). -
Return and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before production begins will only be accepted if notified via the designated form or email within 5 days from the purchase date. Cancellations after production has started or after the 6th day from the purchase date will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued minus Stripe transaction fees. -
